As an IT Engineer, you will be working across identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and supporting end users. You should be organized, collaborative, and eager to learn while working within established systems and processes. This role involves providing reliable, hands-on IT support for both in-office and remote employees by efficiently resolving Help Desk tickets while delivering excellent customer service. You will also support Fluidstack’s MDM fleet comprising macOS, iOS, and Windows devices, and provide in-office support by troubleshooting basic network issues and A/V systems. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Okta and core SaaS tooling, administering integrations and role-based access controls, supporting daily procurement and asset management operations, and helping maintain clear, organized, and accessible IT documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to IT initiatives by supporting project execution, managing priorities, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. You will also help maintain a secure environment by supporting basic security hygiene, including access reviews and identity security tasks, and support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors. Finally, you will support the IT team by creating simple, reliable automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
