About The Position

Cleerly is revolutionizing heart disease diagnosis and treatment through AI-driven precision diagnostics. We are a rapidly growing healthcare company, founded in 2017, with significant Series C funding. Our mission is to prevent heart attacks by providing a new standard of care for heart disease. Our technology quantifies and characterizes atherosclerosis, going beyond traditional measures. We are a mostly remote company with offices in Denver, New York, Dallas, and Lisbon. We utilize a variety of digital collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom. Travel may be required for team meetings and projects. Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT, with a history of owning and evolving core infrastructure.
  • Expertise in managing macOS and Windows environments, including the implementation of MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or ManageEngine).
  • Deep proficiency with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, including familiarity with authentication protocols such as OIDC and OAuth2.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage secure networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless technology) and endpoint protection services.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to IT management, including reporting on budget utilization, hardware lifecycle, and service metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., InfoSec, HR) to ensure security and compliance posture (e.g., VPN, SASE, CASB).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A track record of mentoring team members and providing strategic technical guidance.
  • Experience tracking requests using ticketing systems such as JIRA.
  • Extensive experience with owning and managing Google Workspace, including user administration, security configurations, and group policies.
  • Previous experience working within a startup environment.
  • Strong experience with documentation and technical writing, including the ability to hold teams accountable for the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Ability to work from our Denver office at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain robust office networking and automated endpoint management systems to ensure secure and efficient device deployment.
  • Own the IT service desk lifecycle, streamlining request management and resolution protocols to provide high-velocity support.
  • Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory tracking, regular maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Assist in development of the IT roadmap, including forecasting software/hardware budgets and coordinating large-scale technology upgrades.
  • Partner with InfoSec to participate in compliance audits, gather evidence, and implement zero-trust access mechanisms (e.g., SASE, VPN).
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and architect scalable, sustainable solutions that support the company's growth trajectory.
  • Independently create project plans, establish clear timelines, and manage deliverables based on team bandwidth and capacity to ensure successful execution of IT initiatives.
