The role builds a cohesive IT identity aligned with JAX’s brand, focusing primarily on internal communications and partner readiness, with limited external messaging coordinated through Marketing/Corporate Communications. Working closely with IT leadership and stakeholders, the Specialist translates complex initiatives into concise updates, supports metrics and training, and provides leadership-ready insights that demonstrate impact.
