ISC’s HireIT Services team delivers best-in-class IT services in a matrix environment to clients across various campus organizations. HireIT interacts daily with clients who have different levels of technical expertise and provides them with top-tier support and consulting. This requires independent judgment, a professional demeanor, and superior technical ability. The goal of the team is to form trusting professional relationships with our clients. The Endpoint Manager leads the strategy, governance, and daily operations of endpoint management, security, and patching across HireIT clients’ endpoint fleet, including Windows and macOS devices. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and cross‑campus coordination to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant end‑user computing services. The manager serves as a subject matter expert, directs a team of endpoint specialists, and partners closely with the Office of Information Security, HireIT Desktop Support, and distributed IT units.
