About The Position

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is currently searching for an experienced and talented IT ECM System Team Lead to join our amazing IT Content Services team! The IT ECM System Team Lead will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote/onsite) after a period of training. Training will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center. All applicants must reside within the state of Texas and have the capability of performing all of the work from their home in Texas. To successfully work from home, employees must have access to a minimum internet connection as noted by RBFCU, a reliable home internet provider and the ability to hard wire a connection directly to modem (Ethernet cable provided), and must be able to provide a workspace at home that is safe, suitable for work, and within a distraction free environment. Under the direction of the IT ECM Services Director, this position leads to the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise content services. The role oversees ECM platforms, workflows, and team development to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant content management while advancing automation and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field or two years' job-related work experience in lieu of associate’s degree
• Five-year server support experience in the management of a Document Management System; or successful completion of a relevant program from an accredited technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year Leadership experience of a technical resource group
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of document management systems, document imaging software, and image capture technology
• Must be able to sort and analyze data
• Must possess skills in installing hardware and software, in performing diagnostic system tests, in project management and process improvement, and in logical problem solving
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with RBFCU employees
• Must have a reliable home internet provider and the ability to hard wire a connection directly to modem (Ethernet cable provided)
• Must be able to provide a workspace at home that is safe, suitable for work, and within a distraction free environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, support, improvement, and life-cycle management of ECM platforms to ensure they are reliable, scalable, high-performing, and well-integrated
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development planning for ECM engineers, administrators, and specialist while managing team capacity and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activities
• Lead workflow automation and process optimization by designing automated solutions, reducing manual effort, and leveraging capture, BPM, RPA, and system integration technologies
• Oversee the full content life-cycle to ensure enterprise content is properly captured, classified, stored, retrieved, archived, disposed of, indexed, searchable, and accessible to authorized users
• Define, monitor, and report performance metrics to support service optimization, process improvement, user adoption, and continuous improvement of ECM services
• Manage ECM vendors and support technologies by evaluating solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activities
• All other duties as assigned
