About The Position
Deliver L3 support, lead incident and problem management, and drive the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of endpoint management platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in Desktop Engineering, endpoint management, or related IT roles
- Strong client focus, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical approach
- Effective team leader, mentor, and communicator
- Expert hands-on knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and MECM in enterprise settings
- Strong understanding of configuration management, deployment, imaging (Windows 10/11), and policy enforcement
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving for infrastructure and client/server issues
- Proficiency in PowerShell, VBS, batch scripting, and SQL/MySQL reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITIL-based operations and change management
