About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Partner with Branson’s global leadership team to establish best practices, improve consistency across sites, and align technology strategies with business goals. Collaborate with world area leaders to evaluate priorities and create a long‑range IT strategy that advances operational effectiveness. Propose and deliver operational IT solutions to achieve agreed outcomes, ensure that solutions fulfil the future strategic needs and challenges of the business. Shape and define business cases, producing detailed business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization. Champion digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage. Serve as the primary connection between regional leadership and global process teams to gather requirements and assess system feasibility for enhancements or new solutions. Oversee global IT operations to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and high performing. Support escalation for IT matters across Branson’s global facilities and guide continuous improvement efforts. Assess emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic enhancements to the IT environment. Lead, mentor, and empower a global team of IT professionals, creating a culture that supports innovation and collaboration. Implement talent development programs and establish performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and manage the global IT budget to ensure responsible resource allocation and strong financial performance. Prioritize technology investments based on business impact and measurable value. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards across regions. Oversee cybersecurity efforts, ensuring the protection, integrity, and resilience of organizational data and systems. Provide support for Branson business systems, including the associated workflow processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Significant leadership experience in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience leading IT/OT initiatives in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex technology initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple long‑term and short‑term projects in a dynamic environment
  • Experience managing and driving cost savings of an IT budget.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, or related technical field
  • Experience leading large, global, or matrixed IT organizations
  • Experience using or supporting enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and global technology strategy
