Strong client focus, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical approach. Effective team leader, mentor, and communicator. Expert hands-on knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and MECM in enterprise settings. Strong understanding of configuration management, deployment, imaging (Windows 10/11), and policy enforcement. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving for infrastructure and client/server issues. Proficiency in PowerShell, VBS, batch scripting, and SQL/MySQL reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ITIL-based operations and change management. Ability to provide 24/7 support and lead technical bridges as needed.
