About The Position

This internship focuses on leveraging digital and AI technologies to improve operations. The intern will collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify opportunities for digital and AI solutions. Responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and implementation of new digital solutions and AI models, as well as conducting research on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios' capabilities. The role involves contributing to cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and/or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions.
• Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI for improving various aspects of our operations.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution /AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, digital tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate solutions, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI models and digital applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting edge solutions into existing systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability.
• Support ongoing efforts for Continuous Improvements.
• Build complex problems methodically and think critically.
