About The Position

The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year (graduate) program designed to build versatile technology leaders. It provides cross-functional experience through three one-year rotations within various areas of the Information Technology & Security organizations. These rotation opportunities may include IT Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, PMO/QA, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Data Protection. The program also offers extensive leadership and technical training opportunities. This is a hybrid role located in Lincolnshire, IL, Holtsville, NY, Kennesaw, GA, or Mississauga, Canada, with an expectation of at least 3 days of in-office attendance. The position is expected to start in June 2026.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations
  • Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment
  • Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description
  • Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program
  • Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program
  • Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders
  • Accountable for developing your leadership and management skills through on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available
