Liberty Software is seeking an IT professional with broad experience and a heart for service to join our "Tech Team" as an IT/Desktop Support Technician . We are proud to serve independent pharmacies nationwide with our top-of-the-line software, and this role is crucial in the accompanying top-of-the-line service. Our IT/Desktop Support Technicians serve our external customers throughout the day, providing primarily remote support and virtual guidance to our customers as called upon. We are seeking an individual experienced in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting servers, LANs, WANs, and VPNs, as well as general installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, etc. This individual should also have experience monitoring network security for compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and PCI requirements. Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and expects its IT/Desktop Support Technicians not only to have the necessary technical skills, but excellent customer service and communication skills as well.
