About The Position
The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for the research, design, implementation, maintenance, and the secure and reliable operation of Paragon Space Development Corporation's information systems in support of its business needs. The position will be responsible for answering incoming service calls, building and imaging computer equipment, managing and troubleshooting business applications, and the setup and removal of IT accounts, telephone, and hardware for personnel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop environments
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in complex, diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT Security best practices
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- U.S. Citizenship status is required for this position
- This position requires the eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance
- Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within the Aerospace industry
- Experience with CAD applications
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network + Certifications
