As the IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Pharmacy Core Application Services team; managing large and complex business processes, managing the team in utilizing new technologies, working with our business partners, vendors, and other delivery teams ensuring all core services and application requirements are met for our customers. Oversee software development and delivery, ensuring adherence to security, architectural standards, and departmental methodologies. Plan and coordinate team projects, optimizing resources and aligning milestones with business and technology objectives. Build and maintain effective partnerships with business representatives and software vendors to align on strategic priorities and optimize technology solutions. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and the resolution of software defects and enhancements. Oversee production environment monitoring, application support, and timely escalation of critical incidents. Lead human resource functions, including hiring, training, performance management, and team development. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on engagement and productivity.
