The Manager, IT Product Delivery will manage the successful delivery of solutions for their assigned business partner groups using Agile methodologies. What will you do? Lead the delivery of complex projects that deliver value to the business and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile team ceremonies and effectively guide team to achieve project goals. Ensure Agile methodologies are being followed while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures. Serve as the primary resource for any issues, roadblocks, and risks and hold responsibility for their resolution. Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating product and/or initiative status. Work toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient. Build and maintain relationships with assigned business groups and IT colleagues to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responds with agility to changing business priorities. Work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contacts to foster a business-oriented culture to ensure alignment between IT and the business functions and to directly contribute to Mosaic’s goals and objectives. Lead, develop and coach the assigned Application Delivery team to continually improve IT capabilities necessary to increase performance of the organization. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, and the business. Manage performance issues when necessary. Work with employees on their career development plans. Lead the team to adopt agile development methodologies to deliver required services to the business. Foster a business-oriented culture and mindset within the assigned Application Delivery team driven by a continual service improvement approach. Other job duties and projects as assigned.
