About The Position

The Tetra Pak Internship Program offers hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities, allowing interns to experience real-world corporate situations and develop personally and professionally. Interns will receive support from colleagues and guidance from a mentor, along with an onboarding program. Tetra Pak is offering two IT/Data Analytics internships in Denton, TX, with a salary range of $22-$25 per hour. For internships in a factory environment, specific safety gear and procedures will be required. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.

Requirements

Bachelor studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data analytics, Business, or similar.
Courting the two (2) last years of university/college.
Availability to work Full time during summer.
Availability for internship: (May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028) for Product Development Intern.
Availability for internship: (May 31, 2027 - November 19, 2027) for Data Analytics Automation Intern.
Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.).
Knowledge of APIs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
Familiarity with automation tools.

Responsibilities

Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports end-users and teams.
Work Agile leveraging Scrum.
Create solutions within a specific product development team.
Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms.
Develop automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Power shell, Ansible.
Develop data driven reports.
Work with stakeholders and end-users.
Present solutions to team, stakeholders, and management.
Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to warehouse and planning performance.
Assist in root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose corrective actions.
Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count analysis.
Contribute to time studies and productivity assessments.
Document standard operating procedures and improvement actions.
