Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, IS, CS, Data Analytics, or related fields); new grads welcome
• If no degree, at least 2 years’ relevant technical experience required
• Demonstrated ability to work with datasets, dashboards, and digital reporting tools
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail in data management
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team-based, technical environment

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI concepts and interest in AI-driven business solutions
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting platforms
• Familiarity with process improvement, automation, and custom application support

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update digital tools, dashboards, and project data to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare, clean, and organize datasets for analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights
• Support process improvements to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency
• Assist with testing, rollout, and troubleshooting of reporting and automation tools
• Provide ongoing support for custom in-house applications and BI reporting systems, including data upkeep and deployment
