About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI/Tableau and SQL to join our team. This role involves gathering and analyzing large volumes of program-related data from various sources. The analyst will use advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL to reconcile, clean, and summarize information, identifying trends, gaps, and dependencies. The position requires creating concise reports and summaries for program and technology leaders, and collaborating with stakeholders to clarify data questions and ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

3+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, program support, or a related role.
3+ years experience in advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL/data-source familiarity, data synthesis, and cross-team coordination
Ability to work with multiple data sources and recognize connections between data sets.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and written communication skills.
Comfort working across teams to gather inputs and produce clear, timely summaries.

Responsibilities

Gather and organize large volumes of program-related data from spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and other data sources.
Use advanced Excel skills, Power BI/Tableau, SQL to analyze, reconcile, clean up, and summarize information.
Connect information across multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, dependencies, and key takeaways.
Create concise summaries, status views, and reporting updates for program and technology leaders.
Work with program stakeholders to clarify data questions, validate information, and support accurate reporting.
