About The Position

Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is seeking a talented IT Data Analyst 2 to join our team in Burnsville, Minnesota! In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, transforming data into actionable insights, and designing scalable Power BI dashboards and reports. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users, IT, and other data analysts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information technology, business, or a related area
  • 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably using Power BI and Tableau Desktop
  • Experience building and supporting API-based integrations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business process owners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document reporting requirements, translating business needs into scalable data and BI solutions.
  • Document and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and workflow processes to support reliable ETL operations and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Design, develop, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the testing, validation, documentation, and end-user training of BI solutions, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve BI and reporting-related service desk tickets, minimizing downtime and improving user experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and fostering collaboration and transparent communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of system integrations, including REST APIs, secure file transfers, and database connections, to streamline data exchange and reporting workflows.
