About The Position
The IT Cyber Security Architect defines and governs Fleet’s enterprise IT security architecture across corporate, cloud, and internal platforms. The role ensures clear trust boundaries between IT, OT, and customer environments while enforcing secure identity and access models.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture.
- Experience in cloud security, identity architecture, and enterprise system design.
- Strong understanding of segmentation between IT and OT environments.
- Enterprise security architecture.
- Identity and access management.
- Cloud security patterns.
- Design governance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-availability or critical infrastructure environments preferred
- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED)
Responsibilities
- Designs enterprise IT security architecture supporting corporate infrastructure, cloud environments, and internal business platforms.
- Defines trust boundaries between IT, OT, and customer environments and ensures that architectural controls prevent lateral risk transfer.
- Establishes secure identity, access, and privilege models across all IT systems.
- Standardizes security patterns for cloud, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
- Holds authority for security design approval of new IT systems prior to deployment.
