About The Position

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking an IT Operations Service Analyst to provide technical support to AFS people in the Arlington, VA office, as well as remote support around the US, to ensure that IT services are delivered to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in: Support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11
  • Minimum 6 months experience in: Support/troubleshooting M365
  • Minimum 6 months experience in: Providing customer service
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
  • Mobile device (Android, iOS) support
  • Experience repairing Dell laptops
  • Previous work on US Federal engagements

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate.
  • Exhibit proficient technical skills and excellent customer service.
  • Complete hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoot software, and complete other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary.
  • Work on special projects as needed.
