Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities Respond to all staff and physician chat, email, or phone requests for support to resolve primary computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues. Supports and adheres to the Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. · Manage support requests for phones, computers, network access, etc., and escalate to Lead Services Desk Analyst and/or IT System Administrators as needed. · Provide support in person, over the phone, and via remote access · Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for users with hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues. Identify, prioritize, and resolve end-user technical problems and questions. · Onboard and offboard employees, students/residents, research monitors, etc. in all relevant systems as required · Install and upgrade hardware systems and software applications · Provide basic computer training as needed for new staff or physicians · Follow up with staff and physicians and complete support tickets in a timely manner Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Qualifications Education: · Associate degree in information systems, computer science, or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Experience: · 1+ year of diverse experience in the information technology field. Knowledge and Skills: · Extensive computer hardware and software technical knowledge, including usage, installation, repair, and configuration. · Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus. · Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. · Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure. · Must be able to work independently; resourceful and action-oriented. Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.): · Able to travel to different company work locations. · Ability to work occasional evening or weekend hours to complete projects or resolve problems.
