Requirements

  • Minimum of six months in IT systems support or a related field.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proven experience with IT systems, including networks, PCs, and data communications
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • IT systems training preferred.
  • Post-secondary degree or professional certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead the execution of production schedules, system maintenance, and critical business tasks with a deep understanding of our core technology and protocols.
  • Help coordinate and execute core system upgrades, rate changes, and long-term technical planning to ensure 100% data integrity and system reliability.
  • Provide expert-level support to staff and members, resolving high-tier technical issues and translating complex problems into clear solutions.
  • Proactively monitor vendor service status and lead communication efforts during interruptions to minimize impact on credit union operations.
  • Take the lead in auditing and updating team workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and security.
  • Partner closely with the broader IT department, particularly the IT Support team, to ensure seamless cross-functional technical service.
