About The Position

IT Coordinator – Trumbull, CT Full-Time | On-Site | Travel Required Be the Human Side of IT Join The Kennedy Collective , a mission-driven nonprofit supporting people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As an IT Coordinator , you’ll be the front line of tech support—helping staff solve problems, stay connected, and feel confident using technology. This is a customer-service–driven role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, troubleshooting issues, and growing their IT skills in a collaborative environment. Important: This position is on-site in Trumbull, CT and requires regular travel to community locations using a personal vehicle. Requirements

  • High school diploma required (IT certification a plus)
  • Customer service experience required
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills or strong willingness to learn
  • Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments
