Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit supporting people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As an IT Coordinator, you’ll be the front line of tech support—helping staff solve problems, stay connected, and feel confident using technology.

This is a customer-service–driven role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, troubleshooting issues, and growing their IT skills in a collaborative environment.

Important: This position is on-site in Trumbull, CT and requires regular travel to community locations using a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (IT certification a plus)
• Customer service experience required
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills or strong willingness to learn
• Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments

Nice To Haves

• IT certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT help desk requests
• Provide friendly, patient tech support to staff at all levels
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install and support computers, printers, and mobile devices
• Document issues and escalate when needed
• Create and maintain user guides and support documentation (AI tools encouraged)
• Travel to community sites to provide hands-on support
