The IT Coordinator supports Comstock’s growing technology team by delivering responsive, high-quality technical support to internal team members. This role assists with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; coordinating the setup and configuration of end-user equipment; and managing support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction. The IT Coordinator also helps administer business applications, supports technology-enabled processes, and serves as a liaison between end users and vendors as needed.
