About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Full Stack Developer to support the development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise human capital applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Angular (including RxJS, component architecture, state management)
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, Web APIs, backend development)
• Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server (database design and performance tuning)
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using .NET technologies (C#)
• Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Write and tune queries and stored procedures for performance and reliability
• Implement secure coding practices
• Integrate OAuth-based authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
• Troubleshoot application issues and support system enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
