About The Position

Under general supervision, the IT Compliance Analyst II works to ensure the company complies with industry laws and regulations, examines business practices and policies, and helps make necessary modifications. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Typically requires an undergraduate degree and three to five years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Ability to gather, monitor, and document data.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of credit principles, practices, and laws.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

Perform variance analysis of actual and planned results.
Test account marketing and solicitation, credit decisions, new account setup, ongoing account management, and retention.
Work closely with assigned business segments to identify and account for regulatory risks.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all accounts reviewed.
Generate reports to validate the compliance level of transactional business units.
Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
