About The Position

Join F&G as a Summer 2027 intern and gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and modern deployment practices at a growing company. The IT Cloud Enablement Intern will partner with DevSecOps and Cloud Engineering teams to support critical infrastructure operations, automation, and CI/CD initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ACA)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools
• Knowledge of GitHub and version control
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• General and administrative team support tasks
• Assist team members with infrastructure and deployment problem resolution
• Support teams with Infrastructure as Code and automation processes
• Develop, test, document, and implement infrastructure enhancements
• Work with team members to create technical and release documentation
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and resolve production issues
• Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
• Participate in security assessments and vulnerability remediation
• Assist with GitHub deployment support, PR reviews, and deployment troubleshooting
