About The Position

As an IT Clinical & Revenue Cycle Architecture Intern, you’ll support the IT Clinical Systems Architect team in preparing for our system‑wide Business Acceleration Workshops—week-long events where operational leaders, clinicians, IT teams, and Epic experts come together to shape the future of care delivery. You’ll help set up sessions, coordinate logistics, and ensure a smooth experience so leaders can focus on building a clear path forward for system improvements. Interns will receive experiential learning through operational engagement and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This internship provides a meaningful learning experience where you’ll work side‑by‑side with a supportive team member. You’ll take on real project responsibilities and assist with initiatives that help drive the department’s work forward.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing and/or enrolled in a college or university at an undergraduate or graduate level.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with project tasks and deliverables
• Help with administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports
• Conduct research and analysis on topics relevant to the department
• Contribute to the development and execution of projects
• Prepare and organize data for presentations and reports
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Communicate ongoing progress related to currently assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
