This role implements change management projects, focusing on stakeholder management, leadership alignment, organizational development, and culture. The specialist will create and disseminate business communications across multiple platforms and partner across the enterprise to design and deliver cross-functional change management solutions, particularly for driving AI Literacy usage and adoption. The position involves owning and leading large-scale, complex change initiatives impacting multiple teams and business areas, triaging new requests to determine the appropriate intervention (training, communication, or change management), and assessing stakeholders, impact, and change drivers using an approved methodology. The role requires drafting business communications on behalf of Senior Leaders for internal and executive audiences, ensuring brand compliance, and collaborating with various leaders and departments to facilitate process changes. Measuring change effectiveness through feedback and surveys, analyzing data for business readiness, and identifying opportunities for improvement are key responsibilities. The role also requires solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with M365 Copilot or other Generative AI platforms.
