This role will be based onsite 100% of the time out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, Tennessee. You'll act as the crucial bridge between our business stakeholders and IT partners … analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring our systems evolve alongside our business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, software documentation, functional testing).
  • Solid technical foundation with understanding of software and web technologies.
  • Previous experience using tools like Excel, SQL, and SSRS to develop reports.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to evaluate systems and processes for performance, stability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Development in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Tableau, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Support testing, implementation, and evaluation of new systems and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and IT consultants.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
