About The Position

The IT Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical leadership, contributing to business needs through IT solutions. This role involves recommending improvements to business processes, researching system development priorities, and maintaining documentation for SOX compliance. The position requires proactive and forward-thinking engagement with business objectives, departmental reporting, budget planning and tracking, and project management. Adherence to corporate IT standards and policies, as well as driving IT metrics, are key aspects of this role.

Demonstrated aptitude for process improvement.
Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate and empower others.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical/management field or experienced considered
5+ years of supervisory experience within an IT Department
US Citizen
