About The Position

Here, you’ll have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As an IT business analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge applications and systems. Working with your team of business and IT system analysts, you’ll help identify clients’ needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to our clients. The candidate will provide direct user support to numerous technology systems supporting the Contracts Lifecycle and its functions. They will provide timely assistance to end user phone calls and emails regarding both system and business process questions, and escalating issues to the appropriate group as required. In addition, they will participate in system releases through all phases of the software development lifecycle including development, testing, training, roll-out, and end user support. The candidate will also contribute to ongoing data quality and data analysis activities. This will include reviewing large data sets to ensure the accuracy of the entries. The candidate needs to have the ability to read complex contractual documents, extract relevant data points, and then compare them to existing data in the systems. They will support report production using a variety of systems and tools. They will assist management with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with web-based systems for business analysis
  • Experience with customer service, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Experience with supporting the phases of the systems development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Data Governance governing principles
  • Ability to multitask and respond to tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required

  • Experience with Contracts Lifecycle Management

  • Experience with supporting COTS products
  • Knowledge of Icertis
  • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and Microsoft SQL to execute queries
