Attention to detail is crucial for validating freight rating, billing data, and operational results. The position involves understanding IT projects and project management within a transportation and logistics environment, leading LTL Operations IT projects from start to finish, including TMS enhancements, freight rating systems, and terminal management tools. The role also requires working outside documented processes to find streamlined solutions for operational issues across the LTL network. Other duties may be assigned.
