Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in eliciting requirements and reviewing requirements for completeness
- Experience in analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions
- Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending improvement
- Experience in developing process documentation
- Analyzing root causes and assisting in defining solutions
- Assisting with the quality assurance process by creating or reviewing test plans, test cases and test results
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
