About The Position

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze business needs and support the planning, design, implementation, and enhancement of business systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with test planning and test case/script development.
• Experience supporting system changes, implementations, or large projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of income/business tax systems
• Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Coordinate and perform testing for new systems and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze issues, present recommendations, and support multiple projects.
