About The Position

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for leading requirement elicitation, creating detailed documentation, supporting project lifecycles, managing user acceptance testing, and providing user training and support. The ideal candidate will identify and drive process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in requirements management & documentation
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• 5+ years of experience with SQL basics, data mapping, system integration understanding
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management & communication
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and user training
• 5+ years of experience with UI/UX (Figma, wireframing, journey mapping)
• 5+ years of experience with AI tools for documentation and productivity
• Must be a Georgia resident

Nice To Haves

• Testing & QA experience (UAT coordination, defect tracking)
• CBAP certification
• PMI-PBA certification
• Agile leadership / Product Owner experience

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Create detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows)
• Support project planning, deployment, and data migration
• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and quality validation
• Provide user training and Tier 2/3 support
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation
