About The Position

This role involves applying a deep understanding of business needs to create and improve process and technology solutions within the Transportation Management System (TMS) space, aligned with a global template. The ideal candidate will guide business customers through case development, support third-party carrier payment integration, and gather requirements for new deployments.

Requirements

• 4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
• 1 year SAP FTM experience
• 2 years TMS integration experience
• Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams
• All work to be completed in the CST time zone
• Excellent communication, organization and thought delivery skills
• Self-starter with proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
• Efficient time manager with strong collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• SAP TM experience
• Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience
• Snowflake Integration experience

Responsibilities

• Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS / OBC space, always aligned with the Global template
• Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis
• Support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution
• Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines
• Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned objects
• Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide new user training on supported applications as requested
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
• Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests, as well as cutover and hypercare support
