The IT Business Analyst Intern will support the University of Virginia's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations team by assisting with a variety of operational and project-based initiatives. Working closely with the IAM Operations team, the intern will help analyze business processes, support testing and process improvements, and contribute to initiatives that enhance identity lifecycle management and access governance. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management practices while gaining exposure to platforms such as Fischer Identity and Grouper. The intern will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, participate in day-to-day operational activities, and contribute to projects that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and user experience of IAM services across the University. Student interns will work under the supervision of IAM Identify Services and Solutions staff.
