Fred Hutch is seeking an IT Business Analyst II to support an enterprise-wide specimen data management system for the advancement of translational research initiatives by enabling the effective management, integration, and utilization of research, clinical, and biospecimen data within enterprise platform. This role is responsible for leading complex data migration, transformation, and application support efforts that improve data standardization, reduce redundant processes, and enhance the accessibility and downstream value of specimen-associated data to accelerate research discoveries in areas such as cancer and infectious diseases. The position requires strong technical expertise in data management, application development, and process improvement, along with the ability to collaborate with researchers, business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams throughout all phases of project delivery, including assessment, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support. This role is responsible for frequently taking the formal or informal lead on project planning tasks, establishing rigorous project documentation, and working on assigned tasks as designated by Fred Hutch team members.
