About The Position

Dudley Ventures is seeking an IT Associate to provide onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for business-critical software platforms, including Great Plains (accounting software) and other operational systems. This role will assist with the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of IT initiatives and technology projects aimed at improving business efficiency, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include equipment setup, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance for various technology assets, as well as providing timely technical support for Phoenix-based staff. The IT Associate will also support user account administration, access management, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities. This position involves partnering with departments to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions, supporting office technology infrastructure, and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support, including hardware and software diagnostics and issue resolution, enterprise software platforms, including accounting and ERP systems and other business-critical applications.
  • Skill in identifying root causes, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Skill in providing responsive, professional onsite support and building positive relationships with users at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of user account administration, access provisioning and deprovisioning, permissions management, and identity management processes.
  • Skill in configuring, deploying, maintaining, and tracking laptops, monitors, printers, and other technology assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, connectivity troubleshooting, telecommunications systems, and office technology infrastructure.
  • Skill in supporting technology projects through planning, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical users, delivering training, and creating clear documentation and instructions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support business and technology needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, support requests, and project deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing business requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 7 years experience in IT Support.
