About The Position

The IT Associate is Responsible for the on-site integration of company information systems, which may include hardware. Software, and networking products as well as operating systems. Will provide continual support to the IT Department and Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with information Technology focus, or Technical Degree combined with relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT environment, with project management, networking, and implementation involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
  • Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operation.
  • Read documents to gather technical information.
  • Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues.
  • Resolve computer software problems.
  • Install computer hardware.
  • Teach/train others to use computer equipment, hardware, interface or software.
  • Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage, and other necessary means.
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
  • Maintain an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software, and supplies.
  • Assist IT Specialist with troubleshooting and monitoring of all hardware and software for upgrades and operating efficiency.
