Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing a degree in IT or a related field is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals, with experience troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn new systems and processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to internal staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other office technologies.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting IT resources, ensuring easy access to information for the team.
  • Help employees with basic software applications and troubleshooting common technical issues.
  • Assist with following security protocols, including password resets and managing system access requests.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects like system upgrades, migrations, and the deployment of new technologies.
  • Stay informed on emerging IT trends and tools that could benefit our operations.
  • Perform all additional duties as assigned, providing assistance to other departments with IT-related needs when required.
