In this role, you will: Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and system access issues Help document tickets, resolutions, and updates within the IT support system Support user account setup, permission updates, and system access needs Participate in equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory-related tasks Collaborate with IT team members to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities Gain exposure to real world IT support operations and learn how technology enables organizational efficiency
