About The Position

The IT Associate supports day-to-day IT operations across all JARS locations, including dispensaries, grow/production sites, and corporate users. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring all locations remain operational.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience across hardware and software
• Experience supporting POS systems, printers, and networked devices
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, routers, access points, DNS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and device management systems
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations and systems
• Clear communication and ability to support non-technical users
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for POS systems, hardware, and software across all locations
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, devices, and infrastructure issues
• Manage IT service requests and maintain accurate documentation
• Support onboarding/offboarding, system access, and security protocols
• Track and maintain IT inventory, hardware deployments, and repairs
• Assist with Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and system administration
• Provide on-site support for store launches, issues, and installations as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and support IT projects and system improvements
