Audio-Visual & Conferencing Analyst Boston, MA (Onsite 5 days per week) The IT Shared Services Organization performs several standardized and centralized IT functions benefitting PTC business units worldwide. As part of Shared Services, the Audio Visual & Conferencing team is globally responsible for audio, visual, broadcasting and conferencing technologies at PTC. This team develops and executes on strategic roadmaps to evolve & mature capabilities. This individual will be at the leading edge of technology innovation and business transformation at PTC's corporate headquarters in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. This individual is a technologically bold self-starter, manages by data/fact, has a passion for technology, and possesses a mix of pragmatism, creativity, and solid management skills.

Requirements

  • 3 years working in AV environment or similar
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (Seaport Boston)
  • Willing and able to flex working hours as needed to support AV needs during events

Responsibilities

  • Works with PTC's Sr. Leaders and their teams to ensure successful & efficient broadcasting experience.
  • Partners with Marketing and Corporate Communications on routine and high-profile events.
  • Collaborates with local PTC business unit department heads on audio/visual, conferencing and multi-media requirements.
  • Maintains effective relationships with regional A/V and conferencing vendors. Negotiates contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for PTC.
  • Creates/maintains audio/visual/conferencing initiative project plans, provides status tracking & communication to project team, stakeholders and management. Identifies project risks and dependencies, establishes mitigation plans, and escalates them as necessary.
  • Trains & mentors junior team members and/or independent contractors on PTC AV & conferencing technologies.
