About The Position

Tulane University is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technology Architect to design, build, and evolve a modern, scalable, and secure research computing ecosystem that supports the University’s diverse and rapidly growing research community. This role is responsible for end-to-end architecture across compute, storage, networking, platforms, cloud and software services —encompassing Windows, Linux, HPC clusters, virtualization platforms, enterprise applications, hybrid/multi-cloud environments and any associated software stack. The architect will play a critical role in translating research proposals and grant requirements into standard technical solutions and leveraged infrastructure and services where possible, including environments supporting regulated and federally funded workloads such as CMMC Level 2 (L2) compliance and GovCloud deployments.
