About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of an IT Applications Project Manager to join our Kawneer Business in Norcross, GA. This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in office. Our Application Project Managers are catalysts for innovation, driving impactful technology solutions that transform how our enterprise systems support the business. They lead with purpose, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that improve performance, enhance user experience, and enable scalable growth. Reporting to the IT PMO Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the development, implementation and delivery of large and complex ERP and Application projects within a predetermined budget, scope, and schedule without falling short on high quality standards. To become successful, you must have strong leadership, project management and communication skills to drive innovation, manage stakeholder expectations, lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations and transformations, and excel at aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
