About The Position

Drive the technology behind healthcare revenue cycle success. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) remote position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The role involves analyzing user requirements and designing solutions to improve system functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for software implementation and testing, troubleshooting issues for optimal performance, and documenting processes for user reference are key aspects. The position also includes supporting end-users through inquiry resolution, monitoring application performance, recommending efficiency improvements, and coordinating with vendors for software updates and deployment plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting IT applications.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors for application updates, enhancements, and deployments.
• Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and application performance monitoring.
• Strong end-user training, technical support, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of application security, regulatory compliance, and change management requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
• Epic certification or other applicable technical certification may be required for this position.
