Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or related business experience
  • Advanced understanding of digital products, enterprise payments, financial services operations, and customer experience strategy
  • Expert knowledge in leading a team
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience w/ Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working with digital technologies, including online, phone, and tablet

Responsibilities

  • Understand employee and customer needs and deliver innovative solutions that create world class experiences
  • Collect, track, and take action on metrics aimed at improving customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
  • Align portfolio priorities with enterprise strategy, customer outcomes, risk management expectations, and Frost’s long-term vision
  • Lead cross-functional Centers of Excellence for successful execution
  • Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
